I have been making preserves since I can remember, accumulating recipes from family and friends,
new and ancient cookery books. More recently I have been concocting new ones using an
assortment of unusual ingredients.
I use locally sourced ingredients where possible (often from my garden in Argyll), and seasonal flavours to create an ever
evolving range of taste-bud tantalising treats.
